Eligibility for Returns
Returns will be accepted only under the following circumstances:
- The received products are defective, damaged, or do not meet the specifications agreed upon in the purchase agreement.
- The return request is made within the agreed-upon return period.
Return Period
The return period will be established in the purchase agreement between the business parties. It is expected that any return request will be made within this specified period to be considered valid.
Return Procedure
To request a return, the business customer must follow these steps:
- Contact Prodelned’s customer service team to initiate the return process.
- Provide complete details regarding the reason for the return, including photographs or other evidence if applicable.
- Provide proof of purchase, such as an order number or invoice.
Return Approval
All return requests will be subject to review and approval by Prodelned. We reserve the right to reject any request that does not meet the eligibility criteria specified in this policy.
Return Costs
The costs associated with returning products will be covered by Prodelned, unless otherwise agreed upon in the purchase agreement or the return is the result of an error on the part of Prodelned.
Inspection and Processing
All returned products will be inspected to verify their condition and eligibility for a refund. Once the return is approved, the corresponding refund will be processed according to the agreed-upon terms.
Exceptions
Prodelned reserves the right to reject returns of products that are in good condition and do not meet the eligibility criteria specified in this policy.
